Half day masterclass 12-3pm at Ballintaggart Farm.
A heartwarming class designed to showcase how simple soups and stews can be beautiful. Using mainly seasonal Scottish ingredients you will create a number of different recipes that will keep you and your freezer fuelled throughout Winter. The recipes you will create and take home are simple and easy to recreate, but will elevate your store cupboard staples into something new to be enjoyed with friends and family (or as an easy lunch on the go). The class will also cover simple veg prep and basic knife skills.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. You’ll enjoy a light lunch at the end of the masterclass, and there will be plenty of food to take home with you too.
