Cancellation and Refunds

For Cook School Masterclasses, Feast Nights, Slow Sunday Lunches and our Lifestyle Events, if you cancel more than 28 days prior to your booking, you can choose to either receive a full refund, or move your booking to an alternative date.

If you have used a voucher to book, this is not eligible for a refund, but we can move your booking to an alternative event of the same value, before your voucher expiry date.

It you cancel less than 28 days prior to your booking, your booking is non-refundable or exchangeable.

Please note, if receiving a refund, this can take up to 14 days to be processed. 

If Ballintaggart have to cancel due to events out with our control, such as fire, flooding, failure of power, water supplies or weather, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible, and honour to move your booking to a future date. 

If you have book accommodation alongside your Cook School Masterclass, Feast Night, Slow Sunday or Lifestyle Event, our accommodation T&C’s apply.
