Experience an evening of indulgent food and drink at our signature Feast Nights at Ballintaggart Farm. Enjoy simple dishes made with outstanding produce, shared generously amongst friends in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Harvest Feast Night Menu

 

To welcome 

Ballinatggart sourdough, Great Glen venison salami, Perello olives, whipped butter, Cullisse rapeseed oil  

 

Course 1 

Slow cooked leeks, Katy Rodger’s crowdie, hazelnut, charred onion dressing 

 

Course 2 

Sweet cicely cured Atlantic Mor trout, buttermilk, cucumber, watercress 

 

Course 3  

Blair Atholl lamb loin 

or  

Salt baked celeriac 

 

Served with sharing bowls of:  

BBQ corn, chilli, ricotta 

Lemon, rosemary new potatoes 

Kohlrabi, horseradish, smoked yoghurt 

 

To finish  

Blairgowrie blackberry steamed sponge, meadowsweet custard, oat crumble

Our long dining table is the perfect place to share a night with friends and loved ones, and a wonderful opportunity to meet new people too, as you pass dishes along the table.

The event stars at 7pm and ends at 11pm.
