Since our beginning, Ballintaggart has established itself as a firm favourite and destination for food lovers. Now is your opportunity to learn the secrets behind some of our signature dishes, and learn from our Chef’s as they take you behind the scenes in the kitchen. Learn how to create restaurant quality food at home and expect Ballintaggart classics such as venison wellington, Ballintaggart beef tartar, our own negroni cured trout, finishing with our signature chocolate tart.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will include the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
