Reconnect Retreat: Foraging, Food & Wellbeing

Join us at Ballintaggart Farm for a brand new three-day escape celebrating seasonal food, foraging, and wellbeing. Set against the backdrop of Highland Perthshire, this immersive retreat blends hands-on cookery, outdoor adventure, movement, and restorative time to connect with yourself and the land around you.

Day One

Arrive to a grazing lunch, before diving into a Pickling & Fermenting Cook School focused on gut health. A sunset foraging walk follows, before returning to the farm for homemade cordial, snacks, and time to unwind in the sauna. The evening closes with a chef-led demo and a seasonal dinner featuring foraged ingredients.

Day Two

Begin with an optional wild swim at the Falls, followed by breakfast and a morning yoga session with local yoga teacher, Nala from Wild Movement Collective. Mid-morning pastries, smoothies, and coffee prepare you for an outdoor adventure with Beyond Adventure, including a picnic lunch en route. Back at the farm, enjoy sauna time, a cocktail masterclass inspired by foraged ingredients (non-alc options available), and our Taste of Scotland tasting menu.

Day Three

Greet the day with sunrise movement with Nala, and the option of another walk or wild swim. The retreat concludes with a leisurely brunch before check-out at midday.

This is a retreat to nourish body and soul: seasonal Scottish food, wild landscapes, restorative practices, and meaningful connection.
