Full day masterclass 12-5pm at Ballintaggart Farm.

Explore the world of Middle Eastern cuisine. You will make your own fragrant spice mix to take away and use this as the base to create tasty sharing dishes using signature ingredients such as sumac, pistachios, pomegranate molasses and rose water. Dishes include an aromatic lamb stew, labnah, balklava and homemade pitta bread.

Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will include the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
