What could be more satisfying than crafting your own homemade butters, cheeses and yoghurt as well as learning how to incorporate them into your cooking? Led by our expert Chefs you will discover how easily you can make creamy cheeses, flavoursome butters and hung yoghurts. 

Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. You’ll enjoy a light lunch at the end of the masterclass, and there will be plenty of food to take home with you too.
