Join us at Ballintaggart Farm for an indulgent day of seasonal Scottish produce and award-winning English wine as we Gather with Gusbourne to host a foraging & wine expedition in Highland Perthshire.
You’ll enjoy seasonal light bites created by Ballintaggart chefs that are paired perfectly with a selection of Gusbourne’s most exciting wines.
After convening at Ballintaggart Farm and enjoying an introductory (welcome) glass of wine, guests will head out to discover the incredible wild produce right on our doorstep. Under the expert direction from Executive Head Chef and co-owner, Chris Rowley, you’ll be shown what to safely pick and the best way to prepare it for a truly memorable meal.
Whilst wandering through Balnaguard Glen, you’ll be treated to glasses of carefully selected Gusbourne wines, and treated to delicious treats cooked over fire in the Glen by Chris and our team.
On your return to Ballintaggart Farm, you’ll enjoy a seasonal sharing lunch, matched with Gusbourne wines. And you’ll be welcome to spend the rest of the summer afternoon relaxing at Ballintaggart Farm, discovering more about the wonderful wines from Gusbourne and taking in the stunning views from our hill side terrace.
