Organically-farmed 15-year-old vines the Ciello Rosso is classic Nero d’Avola with freshness and flavours of dark almost roasted fruits – think black cherries and red and dark plums. There’s some liquorice and then the finish hints at coffee and bitter chocolate. The Ciello Rosso it is not fined or filtered and can appear cloudy – please do not be alarmed, it’s still a stunner to enjoy!
