Full day masterclass 12-5pm at Ballintaggart Farm.
A class that perfectly represents our passion for local and seasonal produce. This course is an introduction to wild meat including game birds and venison. You’ll learn how to identify, prepare and enjoy these wonderful, locally available flavours. You will gain hands on experience, develop your butchery and knife skills and learn how to make the most of these beautiful meats.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will include the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
