Learn how to cook a range of plant based dishes that can be used for everyday dining, dinner parties and large feasting plates. With a focus on vegetable led, seasonal cooking as well as an introduction to different grains and pulses, you will leave armed with new skills to create delicious vegan meals – and the confidence to cook without meat or dairy. 

Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will include the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
