Each box contains:
Citrus and Isle of Harris Gin cured salmon
Grandtully venison Pithivier, carrot, pickled shallot, cavolo nero, venison & Juniper jus
Cardamom panna cotta, forced rhubarb, pistachio
Menu card and reheat instructions.
Please note, thanks to some clever packaging sourcing and a trusted courier, this delicious Ballintaggart menu is available for UK nationwide delivery and will arrive on the Friday 12th March. Please eat within two days of receipt. Save for Mothering Sunday or enjoy as a weekend treat. Each box serves two people. You can order in multiples of two. Please order before 5pm on Tuesday 9th March.
