Probably our most popular class – this is likely to sell out quickly. Beginner’s guide to Scotland’s world-class ocean larder and how select, fillet and cook fish and shellfish. Students will specifically cover and gain hands on experience of fish preparation and cooking techniques including filleting fish, pin-boning, curing and skinning salmon, pan frying, poaching or baking fish and working with and enjoying tastes of different types of fish and shellfish!
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will be made up of the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
