Full day masterclass 12-5pm at Ballintaggart Farm.
An expert guide to sourdough. You will leave equipped with the knowledge to make sourdough from scratch using our award winning Ballintaggart method. The class will cover how to make your own starter (which you will take home), basic white and wholemeal sourdough, sourdough crackers and sourdough crumpets. There will be plenty of sourdough and your starter to take home too.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will include the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
