Experience a Feast Night in collaboration with Highland Liquor Co. 

The Highland Liquor Co. has grown from the small village of Ullapool, to an award winning Scottish spirit brand, and they’re creators of exceptional handmade spirits from the North West Highlands. 

Together, we’ll be hosting an evening of seasonal Scottish flavours, to showcase the exceptional ingredients available across Scotland. 

Ballintaggart Feast Nights are an evening of indulgent food and drink, celebrating the best of modern Scottish dining. Enjoy simple dishes made with outstanding produce, shared generously amongst friends in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Each course will be expertly paired with a Highland Liquor Co. cocktail.

To welcome

Ballintaggart sourdough, whipped butter, gin vinegar pickles, Great Glen venison salami

Served with: Pickled martini 

Fish

Seven Crofts gin, citrus cured Mor trout, Katy Rodger’s yoghurt, pepper dulse, fennel

Served with: Beetroot milk punch 

Garden

Pea, ricotta tortellini, smoked pork broth, broad beans, water mint

Served with: Botanical horizons  

To follow

Scrabster cod loin, shellfish, courgette, samphire, crispy potato

Served with: Rolling hills

Ballintaggart pavlova, Perthshire strawberry, Seven Crofts syllabub, roasted white chocolate

Our long dining table is the perfect place to share a night with friends and loved ones, and a wonderful opportunity to meet new people too, as you pass dishes along the table.

The event starts at 7pm and ends at 11pm.
