Full day masterclass 12-5pm at Ballintaggart Farm.
We will introduce you into how to build and manage a fire safely, both on the ground and within a fire pit/bbq. The class will focus on how to cook different cuts of meats, fish and Summer vegetables over fire as well as flat breads and an easy dessert. Whether you want to cook wild food over flames in the mountains or host a Summer BBQ this class will give you all the tools you need to create a feast over fire.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will be made up of the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too!
