Full day masterclass 12-5pm at Ballintaggart Farm.
Probably the most important of all culinary skills. In this masterclass you will learn to chop with speed, skill and accuracy. Specifically, the class focusses on:
– basic knife maintenance, storage, sharpening and cutting techniques
– slicing, dicing and preparation of vegetables and herbs
– fish preparation including filleting sea bream
– meat preparation including jointing a chicken and preparing a rack of lamb
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will be made up of the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
