Full day masterclass 12-5pm at Ballintaggart Farm.
After a day in the kitchen, you will have a broader knowledge of how to adjust classic recipes that usually contain animal products, without compromising on taste. We will be cooking a range of dishes that can be used for everyday dining, dinner parties and large feasting plates. With a focus on vegetable led, seasonal cooking as well as an introduction to different grains and pulses you will leave armed with the tools to create delicious vegan meals – and the confidence to cook without meat or dairy.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will be made up of the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
