This class aims to take the stress out of Christmas Day. Our expert chefs will teach you tricks of the industry to make sure the turkey isn’t burnt, dry or raw! We will break down Christmas Day entertaining into easy steps ensuring most of the preparation is done well in advance so you can enjoy time with your family and friends. You will also leave armed with some alternative interesting Christmas feasting recipes.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will include the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
