All things vegetables, big sharing plates for easy entertaining. Vegetable led, seasonal cooking introducing you to recipes with healthy greens at the heart of the dishes rather than being an after thought. Recipes will be healthy and simple vegetable led with seasonal Scottish ingredients, whole grains, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. As always served in the usual Ballintaggart Feasting style.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will be made up of the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
