Join us at Ballintaggart Farm for a day of soul nourishing yoga, a restorative crystal sound bath and a nourishing lunch filled with seasonal Scottish ingredients.
Stepping into the serene Steading studio you will be guided by British Wheel of Yoga trained Christie Wood, who will lead a gentle and restorative Yin practice (suitable for all levels).
To complete the session, Christie will immerse students in the meditative vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath.
Following the class there will be plenty of time to take in the spectacular views, explore the farm and enjoy a nourishing lunch prepared by a Ballintaggart chef.
You will leave nourished, inspired, relaxed and restored. A goody bag is included for all students attending.
